9/11 feelings

I really remember 9/11 because that was the day my sister was born. I remember that when we heard the news about it, my family and I were in Burger King. I was jumping around and was all happy, but, everyone beside me was angry and sad. I was confused and wanted to know why, I asked and they told me but it didn't really register with me. All I understood was that, people had died, but none of my family or anyone I knew. So I was happy about that and I thought everyone else should have been too, but they weren't. It wasn't until a couple years after that it finally hit me, people died, and I should have been sad. I still feel guilty to this day that I didn't feel sad.

Technology

1. i could not live without my phone and probably my kindle. i need books and people to talk to.
2. i think technology has made us more dependent. to get information, we cha-cha it, to tell our parents where we are, we text them instead of calling them or just walking to where they are and telling them where your going to be.
3. Technology can be a good thing and a bad thing.
4. What i would never let technology replace is like babysitters, family members, and probably cooks. Honestly, would you eat a meal prepared by a robot or other machine?
5. Technology has made us both impatient and obsessed. Impatient because, we're used to information or replies at the snap of a finger. And when it doesn't, we get irritated. Obsessed because, there are a lot of people that think they can't live without Facebook or there cell phones or most definitely the T.V. how many people do you know that could go without checking their Facebook, texting on their phones, or watching T.V. for a whole day. Most likely none.
6. Well, some of the things humans have invented, like the airplane, make life easier and save time. But some other things, kind of like the computer, or cell phones, and even electronic books, show that man kind is pretty lazy.

SUmMeR VaCAtiOn!!!!!!!!!!!!!

during my summer vacation i basicaly hung out with my friens an ran around town. i hung out with my boyfriend and jus enjoyed whn i got 2c him. at the beinning of the summer, me and my frien jacinda blew up the air mattress and slept on my deck. That nite me and a bunch of my friens ended up playing truth or dare. i ended up getn dared to run down my block in my bra and underwear. Jacinda got dared to lay in the middle of the rode for 2 mins(stupid dare right?) but while she was doin that me and my frien Carter went inside and filled up a bucket with cold water. we ran into the rode and completely drenched her. She ended up screaming and chasing us down, tackling us and giving us soaking wet hugs. It was one of the funnest nites of the summer. About a month latr my family and my boyfriend took a wknd trip to ames, wnt to the mall, movie, stayed in a hotel and swam all day. Then a coupl wks latr my brother had a party and they all playd uno, wel my frien aaron ran outa yellow cards so he wnt to my fridge and got outa piece cheese an thru it down on the table. evry1 was like "Is that an 8?" ..."Nah, i thinks its a 3." and then my brother was like, "ITS A PIECE OF CHEESE!" the look on his face and the way he said it had me laughn sooooo hard i almos fell outa my chair. fast 4ward a coupl wks an it was time for the street dance in glidden. My boyfriend is in a band and they were playing. They're pretty good but the street dance sucked bcuz they didn evn get thru haf of a song befor it startd raining like hard core. so they were pretty bummed. And the last fun thing befor skool startd was, like a week befor the firs day of skool, my family, my brothers girlfriend and my boyfriend all wnt to adventureland. it was so much fun. the funnest part was the water war. it was me against my boyfriend jon, an we each had 6 huge balloons. wel, about 2 of my balloons broke in the slingshot soaking me. and then jon made about 4 direct hits, which left me soaked. the last 4 of my balloons were aimed pretty good but he friggin dodged them. so he only ended up with a litl bit of wet hair and shirt. it was still the funnest thing evr. so my summer was pretty interesting and fun. but it seemed like it flew by. lets hope this skool yr dos the same thing. XD =)~

TIRED!!!

soooooooo tired! can't wait for the skool day to be ovr so i can sleep. YAY! =)~
